Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete our extensive training program within your first 6 weeks.
  • Actively seek out residential roofing sales in neighborhoods affected by storms.
  • Successfully close sales within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with a mentor who is committed to your success.
  • Work alongside a team of motivated and enjoyable individuals.
  • Manage homeowner expectations and experiences throughout the construction process.
  • Maintain a flexible 40-hour work schedule to accommodate meetings with homeowners.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commissions are paid on a weekly basis.
  • Additional weekly onboarding pay during the 6-week training period.
  • Unlimited earning potential.
  • Estimated first-year earnings for Sales Representatives range from $50,000 to $100,000.

Travel Opportunities:

Eligible and interested team members may:

  • Join our Storm Response Team, where sales representatives can be deployed to other locations experiencing recent storm damage.
  • Participate in our SnowBird program, allowing team members in colder regions to work in branches that remain active.

Your Qualifications:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, including door-to-door, retail, or customer service roles.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk on rooftops.
  • A coachable attitude and a positive mindset.
  • A desire to control your own earnings.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others.
