About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at 3 Day Blinds (Sales). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on custom window treatments and home decor solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits, and provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, district leadership, and field support team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; some college work preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in-home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom product/services, or retail environment in home decor/furnishings.
  • Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs, and ability to quickly learn and follow new technology processes and systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
