**Job Summary**

ConstructConnect Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide post-sales/implementation support services to clients, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of products and services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues regarding products and services.
  • Provide first-level support on client issues.
  • Accept in-bound calls and assess client needs.
  • Address all client billing inquiries.
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to aid with data concerns such as missing documents, etc.
  • Provide product support.
  • Route calls correctly to the proper department.
  • May be asked to make outbound calls.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center/customer service environment preferred.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day.
  • Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings.
  • Constantly operates a computer.
  • Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management.
  • Must be able to analyze detail close-up.
