About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our bus services, trip planning, and route/schedule changes
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards and metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferred
  • Pleasant telephone voice and manner
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to remain courteous with difficult or angry customers
  • Basic computer knowledge/PC experience
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
