Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
