- Oversee the sales of Specialty Products within a designated region, concentrating on enhancing the Emery Bio-Lubricants portfolio.
- Spot and secure new business prospects.
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships.
- Deliver consistent sales forecasts, client reports, updates, and insights into market trends.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to support and cultivate new business ventures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Chemistry or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of specialty products.
- Experience in the lubrication or formulation development sector is preferred.
- Proven self-starter with a strong record of sales growth.
- Solid understanding of commercial and financial performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales-related functions may be necessary.
