Position Summary
The Client Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering professional and effective customer service at client locations. This position is essential in fostering a total quality environment and addressing customer concerns through mediation and resolution. The specialist will ensure adherence to the customer's quality and shipping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate issue resolution between clients and relevant internal teams (contract administration, purchasing, finance, production, etc.).
  • Assist in investigating customer complaints and validating their legitimacy.
  • Provide detailed insights for problem identification.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain a high standard of personal and professional presentation, as this is a client-facing role.
  • Deliver ongoing communication and research until resolutions are achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill all customer objectives and requirements.
  • Primarily address quality and shipping issues at client locations.
  • Maintain records of customer retention, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes and Competencies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Proficient computer skills beyond the basic level.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities; adept at resolving issues effectively; committed to going the extra mile for clients.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Flexible scheduling and availability for overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Experience in the industrial sector, particularly in a customer service capacity.
