The primary goal is to ensure smooth operations across multiple channels while aiming for maximum efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess customer needs, market trends, and competitors to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage file organization and all tasks related to freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts and work alongside sales executives to gather necessary documentation for the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Regularly audit files for compliance with estimated inputs, profit margins, and timely invoicing.
  • Provide support to clients with their daily inquiries regarding export/import documentation for successful transportation execution.
  • Supply clients with detailed Flight/Sailing information to ensure smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with airlines and ocean carriers to secure the best solutions in terms of capacity and cost for transportation execution.
  • Work with internal teams and external partner agents to deliver outstanding service support.
  • Respond swiftly to potential emergency situations that may arise during air or ocean operations.
  • Coordinate with operations counterparts to ensure adequate support during peak workflow periods.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations and customer service.
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
RELEVANT SKILLS
  • Freight Forwarding: Comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding industry.
  • Oversight and management of supply chain activities.
  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet various deadlines.
  • IT Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and numerical analysis.
  • Communication: Proficient in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, capable of engaging with clients, carriers, fellow forwarders, and vendors.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
