We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing and Assembly Production Specialist to join our team at Bonanza Pull-Tabs, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in manufacturing and assembly or a related field.

As a Manufacturing and Assembly Production Specialist, you will be responsible for working with a team to manufacture and assemble products, setting up and operating machines following established procedures and guidelines, and performing operator-level maintenance, per schedule.

You will also use a computer to set up jobs ready to process and navigate and use a Windows-based and/or Apple-based computer at a basic level to understand the resource computers and scheduling process.

Responsibilities
  • Work with a team to manufacture and assemble products
  • Set up and operate machines following established procedures and guidelines
  • Perform operator-level maintenance, per schedule
  • Use a computer to set up jobs ready to process
  • Navigate and use a Windows-based and/or Apple-based computer at a basic level to understand the resource computers and scheduling process
Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field
  • Ability to build paper loads for proper feeding into Assembly resources
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
  • Requires standing for most of the shift
  • Must be able to speak, read, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and reliability are mandatory
Benefits
  • Competitive pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
