**Job Title:** Medical Assembly Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $20.35/hour - $31.65/hour, based on a 12-month contract in Redmond, WA.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assembly Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of previous medical device or related assembly experience. Strong attention to detail, situational adaptability, accountability, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices in accordance with established quality and manufacturing processes. This includes inspecting and testing medical devices, following instructions from leads and supervisors, working on one or multiple product lines, accurately documenting information on device history records, and cross-training on multiple product lines as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, inspect, and test medical devices per manufacturing processes.
  • Follow instructions from Leads and Supervisors on priorities and assignments.
  • Work on one or multiple product lines as directed.
  • Accurately document information on device history records.
  • Cross-train on multiple product lines as directed.
  • Apply LEAN principles to improve metrics.
  • Report material shortages to Assembler Lead or Supervisor.
  • Perform quality checks for product defects.
  • Verify component accuracy before assembly.
  • Operate equipment such as microscopes, test equipment, ultrasonic welders, and rulers.
  • Maintain a safe work environment following safety guidelines.
  • Preserve confidentiality of documents and processes.
