About the RoleThis role focuses on assembling and inspecting completed assemblies in compliance with documented procedures and standards for our product manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities- Manually assemble electronic hardware and parts to designated locations on electronics subassemblies and assemblies.
- Solder components into circuit boards while following IPC standards.
- Perform visual inspections on finished assemblies.
- Identify and correct nonconformities found during inspections.
- Autority to release conforming product to the Stock or Systems Group.
- Regularly maintain hand tools.
- Support the resolution of assembly-related issues and suggest improvements for productivity.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean assembly area.
- Document inspections, test results, and detected nonconformities with correction.
- Participate in training on products and processes relevant to this role and our Global Manufacturing Team.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to solder components to circuit boards.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and small machine tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of systematic processes and general safety procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology.
