About the Role:
As a High-Tech Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices in accordance with established quality and manufacturing processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to changes, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and test medical devices per manufacturing processes
- Follow instructions from Leads and Supervisors on priorities and assignments
- Work on one or multiple product lines as directed
- Accurately document information on device history records
- Cross-train on multiple product lines as directed
- Apply LEAN principles to improve metrics
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $23.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our team is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Processes, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
