Job Description

">

This MFG Assembly Technician III Job in Redmond, WA involves helping close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • ">
  • Championing safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations">
  • Assembling and testing with emphasis to detail an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs">
  • Ensuring lab equipment is maintained and calibrated">
  • SUPPORTING some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems">
  • Identifying equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory">
  • You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables">
  • Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance">
  • Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

">
  • ">
  • A High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience">
  • 3+ years relevant high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical or related field)">
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience">
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment">
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand tools">
