Regional Sales Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Monarch Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth and overseeing the sales teams in our Northern New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide sales and marketing expertise to communities and sales teams.
  • Develop and review sales forecasts and plans to deliver target goals.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales calls to drive sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and targets.
  • Ensure all standards and expectations within the sales and marketing department are followed, per company policy and procedure and state regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Five (5) years of senior sales experience, with a focus on assisted living experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to incorporate sales strategies and new business development.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
