About the Role

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Partner (Business Analyst 4) to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in aligning standard sales reporting and processes across the sales organization to meet the segment's vision, business strategy, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales processes for forecast and current quarter deal review
  • Manage opportunity hygiene best practices and standards
  • Aid in the adoption of standard reporting and creation of custom reporting
  • Collaborate and provide visibility to sales best practices across the organization and provide advance notice to upcoming initiatives to ensure smooth transition
  • Partner with respective market leaders to provide reporting and team communication on key growth initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide new hire onboarding assistance on basic sales processes and onboarding tasks
  • Run point on marquee marketing events to ensure successful operations for the events as well as be a conduit between sales and marketing where applicable
  • Facilitate training related to process improvements and standardization
Requirements
  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • At least 3 years of sales, project/program management, event planning/management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, business operations, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Marketing, or related field
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
