Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Owner to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our migration team, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with customer sites during the migration phase, tracking and coordinating all moving pieces of the migration from start to end, and serving as the first level of escalation for the migration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage migration services deliverables throughout the migration project, including milestones and project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain consistent standards for project delivery.
  • Review project proposals and confer with implementation teams, management, or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice.
  • Create and communicate status reporting for both internal and external purposes.
  • Manage project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in customer-facing, consultative work or related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate) and Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.

The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market. Our team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure the value of the platform is achieved.
