Project Director

As a Project Director at Michael Page, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and implement project safety programs
  • Manage project schedules, including critical path and milestones
  • Initiate project controls and documentation
  • Oversee subcontractor pre-qualification and coordination
  • Formulate project goals and objectives
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts
  • Represent the company at project meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management
