As a Project Manager (Self-perform Concrete), you will play a crucial role in our construction operations, overseeing all aspects of self-performing concrete work, from planning and coordination to execution and completion. You will serve as the primary liaison between our company and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responsibilities:- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of self-performing concrete work on construction projects.
- Oversee project development from initiation to closure, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication at all stages of the project.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project delivery, using problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to develop effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the construction industry.
- Regularly review and report on project status, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on self-performing concrete work.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
- Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve project-related issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other industry-related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
