Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Penn's View Hotel.
As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reservation Management: Confirm phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Payment and Billing: Collect payment from departing guests and maintain accurate records.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are required to operate our hotel's systems and software.
