Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle online and telephone reservations with precision
  • Inform guests about payment options and validate credit card information
  • Register guests, collecting essential details such as contact information and stay dates
  • Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms accordingly
  • Provide detailed information about our hotel, room availability, pricing, and amenities
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all accommodations are clean and well-prepared
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange tailored services for VIP guests and event participants
  • Promote additional services and amenities when suitable
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and cleanup of breakfast services as required
  • Fulfill any additional requests from management
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, such as OnQ or Opera
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
