Job Summary

As an Office Assistant with the New York State Government, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Environmental Conservation. Your duties will include opening and sorting mail, performing photocopying and printing tasks, and responding to customer inquiries via phone and in person. You will also be responsible for scanning and indexing documents, as well as maintaining files and records.
