Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

At OneMain Financial, we're committed to empowering customers by providing access to responsible credit solutions. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping customers achieve their financial goals by offering personalized financial solutions that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending and servicing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be responsible for delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals, developing new relationships, and maintaining existing ones throughout the loan process and life cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting financial solutions based on customer needs and goals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and local businesses
- Utilizing credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive sales growth
- Managing the life cycle of loans, including collections activities and compliance with laws and regulations
