About the Role

We're seeking a creative and experienced Event Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing world-class events that showcase our brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with our Demand Generation team to develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute owned and industry events that foster growth for our business and growth & learning for our audience of Audit and Finance professionals.
  • Build relationships with vendors, associations, venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders during event planning.
  • Oversee the demand generation plan to promote events, using online and offline channels, and partner with SDRs, Sales, and the Demand Generation team to define the strategy for event attendance and follow-up.
  • Track the ROI of the events program and report on its performance.
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks for planning, budgeting, timelines, and logistics with the Events Marketing team.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing team, Customer Success team, and Sales team to support programming and speaking engagements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Events and Field Marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering world-class experiences that generate pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills at every level of the business, and the ability to speak to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Great taste in identifying locations and activations required to deliver a world-class experience and cater to the requirements of the business.
