Position Summary:

We are in search of a proficient SharePoint Developer/Admin who will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of software solutions. This role emphasizes effective integration and deployment utilizing DevOps methodologies. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Online architecture, along with a solid foundation in Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain software solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Customize and implement applications within SharePoint Online to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Ensure that software solutions are in alignment with technical specifications and business objectives.
  • Document and design architecture to support both current and future software, hardware, and communication needs.
  • Develop solutions that account for cross-functional requirements and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture designs align with infrastructure and operational needs.
  • Implement and oversee DevOps practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automation.
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, deployment processes, and infrastructure.
  • Utilize version control systems and automate deployment pipelines to optimize development and operational workflows.
  • Analyze and provide consultation on SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational infrastructure and performance standards.
  • Offer expertise on integrating Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions within existing systems and workflows.
  • Engage in Agile projects as an Architect, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant certifications is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience in software development, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing software and hardware architectures.
  • Experience in Agile project environments, preferably in an Architect capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and its integration within organizational frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and version control.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design scalable and reliable architectures to meet both present and future requirements.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or DevOps practices are preferred.
  • Experience with additional development and deployment tools or technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 annually, reflective of various experience levels. Salary at LCG, Inc. is determined by multiple factors, including role, location, education, training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
