Position Summary:
We are in search of a proficient SharePoint Developer/Admin who will be instrumental in crafting and sustaining software solutions. This role emphasizes the integration and deployment of these solutions through established DevOps methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Online architecture, alongside a solid foundation in Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Customize and implement applications within SharePoint Online to fulfill organizational requirements.
- Ensure alignment of software solutions with technical specifications and business objectives.
- Document and design architecture to support current and future software, hardware, and communication needs.
- Develop solutions that account for cross-functional requirements and interfaces to guarantee seamless integration and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural designs meet infrastructure and operational needs.
- Manage and implement DevOps practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automation.
- Monitor and enhance system performance, deployment processes, and infrastructure.
- Utilize version control systems and automate deployment pipelines to optimize development and operational workflows.
- Analyze and provide consultation on SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational infrastructure and performance standards.
- Offer expertise on integrating Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions within existing systems and workflows.
- Engage in Agile projects as an Architect, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant certifications is advantageous.
- 2-3 years of experience in software development, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Demonstrated experience in SharePoint Online architecture and development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing software and hardware architectures.
- Experience in Agile project environments, preferably in an Architect capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and its integration within organizational frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable architectures to meet both current and future needs.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or DevOps practices are a plus.
- Experience with additional development and deployment tools or technologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
The projected compensation range for this position is competitive and reflective of experience levels. Salary is determined by various factors, including role, location, education, training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
