Order Processing Coordinator

Aston Carter is seeking a proficient Order Processing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
+ Execute fundamental order processing tasks.
+ Manage entries for complaints and credit approval requests.
+ Oversee report maintenance, including follow-ups on PGI delays, credit holds, pricing discrepancies, and unbilled issues.
+ Handle credit requests related to tax issues, pricing discrepancies, or minor credits for damages.
+ Facilitate the establishment of new accounts, tax certifications, and license applications.
+ Coordinate the retrieval of essential documents such as invoices, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Proof of Delivery (POD).
+ Assist in the execution of order allocation releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Experience with SAP is preferred.
+ Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment; must be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, prioritizing, and working under pressure.
+ Exceptional follow-up skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Windows 7/10.
+ Familiarity with navigating Internet Explorer and Chrome.
+ Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
