We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance our Sales department. This role will focus on executing outbound communication strategies, addressing inquiries both internally and externally, analyzing market data, and fostering collaboration across teams. Success in this position requires strong communication abilities, sales acumen, and a creative mindset. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our partners have the resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound communication campaigns.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting partners.
  • Relay partner needs and expectations to relevant teams.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior data using various CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide outreach support.
  • Report on collected data, conversion metrics, and other assigned topics.
  • Design and lead campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Educate partners on product offerings and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% within the designated area.
  • Able to execute initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a multi-location setting.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
