Your Duties Will Include:

  • Assisting customers throughout a thorough purchasing journey, adhering to established sales protocols and procedures.
  • Showcasing extensive product knowledge, emphasizing the attributes of our vehicles to align with customer preferences.
  • Delivering captivating showroom demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle features.
  • Facilitating a smooth delivery process, informing customers about vehicle functionalities, warranties, and necessary documentation.
  • Building lasting customer relationships through effective follow-up systems and outreach strategies.
  • Setting and monitoring personal sales objectives to foster success and contribute to the dealership's growth.
  • Maintaining constructive relationships with colleagues, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers.

Essential Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for engaging with people and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or sales (automotive background not mandatory).
  • Availability for full-time work and a minimum age of 18 years.
  • A positive demeanor, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective customer communication.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
