About the Role:

The Town of Lincoln is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join its Highway Department as a Crew Member. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and improve the town's roadways and roadsides, including pavement, trees, vegetation, walls, paths, drainage systems, curbing, roadway signs, and markers.
  • Operate the town's solid waste disposal and recycling programs, as well as other services provided at the transfer station.
  • Assist the cemetery commission with interments and general care and maintenance of town cemeteries.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A CDL Class B license and Massachusetts hoisting license (preferred) or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
  • Knowledge equivalent to graduation from high school and 1-3 years of related maintenance and equipment operation experience.

What We Offer:
