Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living's 32-bed Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehab in Lincoln. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management process
  • Balance service demands with supporting resident independence
  • Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents'/patients' status
  • Observe and report any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to the Director of Nursing, physician, family, CNAs, and Nursing Home Administrator per state regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system and know when to call for backup
Requirements
  • Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification
  • Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
