Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities in the Lincoln, MA area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to resident care plans and monitoring vital signs
  • Administer medications, verify dosages, and monitor effects
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns, and review medical records
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment
  • Participate in IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
