Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide foundational desktop/server support (user creation, Office 365, password resets, drive mapping, application assistance, etc.).
  • Assist with the configuration of email accounts on mobile devices.
  • Install software and set up hardware.
  • Handle basic printer/scanner setup and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver both onsite and remote computer/network troubleshooting.
  • Manage malware and virus removal.
  • Develop and maintain customer documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in help desk support (mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience with both onsite and phone troubleshooting (hardware and software) (mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of hands-on Information Technology client/end-user support experience (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Office 365, and Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of network concepts (LAN/WAN/VPN), cloud technology, and exposure to telecommunication systems.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record (mandatory).
  • Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the USA.
  • Must reside in the Phoenix Metro Area.
