Mission:

Quantum is in search of a Program Protection Analyst to support the Office of Chief Engineer (OCE) within the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Management Offices across PEO MS with the Program Protection Plan (PPP) process, ensuring compliance with relevant DoD directives and regulations.
  • Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) during the Criticality Analysis (CA) and Critical Function Analysis (CFA) processes, delivering essential Program Protection Plan products, including system architecture diagrams.
  • Review and interpret new Department of the Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DoD) program protection documentation, prepare technical briefings, and manage Critical Function Analysis and Critical Program Information Assessments.
  • Conduct reviews of PEO/MS program information to identify critical components for submission to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Threat Assessment Center (TAC) for threat evaluations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) policies and participate in working groups to share best practices within the DoD SCRM network.
  • Support the ongoing review and maintenance of the Critical Programs and Technologies (CP&T) list for PEO/MS equities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate.
  • Eligibility for and possession of TS/SCI clearance is required to access the DIA SCRM TAC repository.
  • Access to SIPR and JWICS must be obtained and maintained.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with at least four years directly related to criticality analysis, program protection, or supply chain risk management.
  • Experience supporting OCE and Project Offices with Criticality Analysis (CA) and Critical Function Analysis (CFA) is essential.
  • Demonstrated visibility into supply chains for critical components and the ability to identify potential supply chain risks is necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • While an engineering degree is not mandatory, professional experience with DoD acquisition programs or the US Intelligence Community is desirable.
  • Experience in intelligence, cybersecurity implementation, or system security engineering is advantageous.
  • This position may require temporary travel up to 5% of the time.
