Position Title: RMF Cyber Analyst / Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

Role Summary:

OASYS, INC., a prominent government contracting firm, is in search of qualified candidates for the role of RMF Cyber Analyst / Information System Security Manager (ISSM). This position is designed to provide essential support to our Army clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze RMF Assessment and Authorization documentation, along with standard operating procedures and security protocols for both IT and OT systems.
  • Document security findings and incident response activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing necessary artifacts for EMASS submission.
  • Conduct comprehensive inventories of Operational Technology systems in accordance with established directives.
  • Engage in security assessments to identify vulnerabilities within IT/OT systems and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Audit IT/OT systems to verify adherence to security policies and best practices.
  • Perform detailed analyses to validate security requirements and recommend enhancements.
  • Establish robust program control processes to mitigate risks and support system certification and accreditation.
  • Assist in the creation of security documentation for EMASS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RMF standards.
  • Conduct compliance audits and vulnerability assessments of IT/OT systems.
  • Provide leadership and training on threat mitigation techniques to stakeholders.
  • Administer FRCS/BCS systems following DoD/Army guidelines.
  • Participate in planning teams and working groups, documenting security requirements and resolutions to support IT/OT solution delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • Hybrid work environment: combination of onsite and remote work.
  • Possession of Security+ CE or higher DoD 8570 Certification.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with the DoD RMF process and eMASS.
  • Proficient in assessing vulnerabilities and preparing accreditation packages for IT systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ISC2 CISSP certification.
  • ISACA CISM certification.
  • Familiarity with ACAS, DISA STIGS, and STIG-Tools.
  • Active Secret clearance is highly desirable.
Education Requirements:

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another STEM discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Eligibility:

Candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance. An active Secret Clearance is preferred.
