Mission:

Quantum is in search of a Program Protection Analyst to support the Office of Chief Engineer (OCE) within the Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space (PEO MS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Management Offices across PEO MS with the development and execution of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) in accordance with relevant DoD directives.
  • Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) during the Criticality Analysis (CA) and Critical Function Analysis (CFA) processes, delivering essential PPP-related products, including system architecture diagrams.
  • Analyze and interpret new Department of the Army (DA) and DoD program protection documentation, prepare technical briefings, and manage Critical Function Analysis and Critical Program Information Assessments.
  • Review PEO/MS program data to conduct CA/CFA, identifying critical components and submitting them to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Threat Assessment Center for evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) policies and procedures, participating in working groups to share best practices within the DoD SCRM network.
  • Support the ongoing review and maintenance of the Critical Programs and Technologies (CP&T) list for PEO/MS.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
  • Must possess TS/SCI clearance to access the DIA SCRM TAC repository.
  • Required to obtain and maintain access to SIPR and JWICS.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least four years directly related to criticality analysis, program protection, or supply chain risk management.
  • Experience supporting OCE and Project Offices with CA/CFA for integration into Program Protection Plans based on established priorities.
  • Demonstrated visibility into supply chains for critical components and identification of potential supply chain risks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Engineering degree is not mandatory, but professional experience with DoD acquisition programs or the U.S. Intelligence Community is advantageous.
  • Experience in intelligence, cybersecurity implementation, or system security engineering is desirable.
  • Position may require temporary travel up to 5% of the time.
