Key Responsibilities
  • Program Performance Monitoring: Monitor program performance and provide status information to senior stakeholders related to Army Materiel Command (AMC) FOCAL/Control Systems Teams.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule briefings and meetings and manage program files for AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams.
  • Research and Analysis: Research, plan, analyze, and organize technical and/or statistical information and develop data for use in briefings, publications, and reports relative to AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, and waivers for AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and/or provide assistance with administrative and tracking systems and assist in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support AMC FOCAL/Control Systems Teams.
  • Material Distribution: Collect and make arrangements for distribution of materials to senior government stakeholders.
  • Report Development: Recommend statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards.
  • Special Activities: Plan, schedule, and execute special activities as required, lead working groups, capture meeting minutes, and work action items.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or other technical discipline or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years' related experience.
  • Security Clearance: Secret Security clearance.
  • Military Experience: Demonstrated previous military Action Officer experience.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages.
  • Writing Experience: Experience writing OPORD/EXORD/FRAGOs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: PMI PMP Certification and/or ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Practice Manager Certifications.
  • DoD Experience: Prior DoD staff experience.
