This role involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with service requirements for global installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Management: Oversee the Business Management Office supporting the Air Force Base Infrastructure Modernization Program, managing complex financial and administrative operations.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance and direction to assigned personnel, and ensure all aspects of the program operate within established budgets and cost accounting practices.
- Contract Management: Manage large budgets, multiple financial constructs, including firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, cost plus award fee, and cost reimbursable contract line-item numbers (CLINs).
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate operational risks and issues requiring Director level approval authority.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline; 10-15 years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least three years in a management position.
- Certifications: ITIL Certification, Secret Clearance with ability to be cleared for additional program access, Project Management Institute Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel required.
