Position Summary

Overview: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are orderly and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor cleaning tasks to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Clean work surfaces, including tables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation areas.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of garbage containers.
  • Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and operational areas.
  • Support the setup of banquet tables and front-of-house arrangements.
  • Help with the loading, unloading, and distribution of supplies and products.
  • Distribute necessary supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
