Key Responsibilities
As a customer service specialist, you will:
- Assist with leasing applications and provide general customer support.
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential residents and real estate agents.
- Focus on guiding applicants through the leasing process, adhering to established call protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support using the company’s Dashboard.
- Manage your task list efficiently and respond to emails promptly.
- Send follow-up communications as necessary.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate or property management.

Benefits
Employees in this role will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package starting on the 31st day of employment, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA options.
