Key Responsibilities
As a customer service specialist, you will:

  • Assist with leasing applications and provide general customer support.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential residents and real estate agents.
  • Focus on guiding applicants through the leasing process, adhering to established call protocols.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support using the company’s Dashboard.
  • Manage your task list efficiently and respond to emails promptly.
  • Send follow-up communications as necessary.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
