National Client Executive

Job Summary
Sodexo's Healthcare Segment is seeking a National Client Executive to serve as the Sodexo Executive for the Seniors Division. This role will involve day-to-day interaction with a major Senior Living System, providing support to 15 communities within the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor unit operations to optimize Sodexo standards, ensuring technical delivery and operational excellence, including day-to-day service quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the District.
- Provide leadership to all District accounts to ensure high client/partner satisfaction and account retention, monitoring unit operations to ensure the highest level of quality of Sodexo services.
- Ensure the team aligns with clients' strategic plans and goals, collaborating with District Managers, Regional Chefs, and the entire management team.
- Execute account retention plans for all accounts, implementing short- and long-term goals that align with the scope of service, mission, and values.
- Review and analyze financial statements and data, assessing and mitigating financial risk for all District accounts, and communicating results to clients and supervisors.
- Explore and cultivate new business opportunities to grow the business, targeting and identifying contacts at each account to optimize Sodexo's portfolio of services.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to employees through coaching, mentoring, counseling, or corrective guidance and action, as appropriate.
- Review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and making recommendations for changes as necessary.
- Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives.
