The Affiliate Performance Management team plays a crucial role in enabling our providers to thrive within a value-based care framework.

The Associate for Provider Performance Management is an integral member of this team, directly reporting to the AVP of Affiliates.

This position assists the AVP and business leaders in pinpointing, disseminating, and monitoring performance analytics and opportunities across NeueHealth's diverse business segments, which encompass:

ACO REACH / Medicare Shared Savings Program (Medicare FFS), Medicare Advantage, Marketplace Individual & Family Plans, and Managed Medicaid.


The Associate will serve as the primary contact for all routine communications with Affiliate Providers (APs), ensuring consistent engagement and integration into their operational workflows as necessary.

In this capacity, you will evaluate claims and various performance metrics to uncover opportunities for enhancement and insights, directly supporting partnerships and clients while tracking performance trends over time to assess the impact of interventions and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include analytics, monitoring performance initiatives, and revealing insights and key performance indicators across a range of services, from Medicare beneficiaries to Individual and Family Plan participants and Medicaid enrollees.

Beyond identifying insights, you will be tasked with presenting findings to partners, creating actionable performance reports, and incorporating feedback from partners and providers to refine our reporting and insights.


Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in handling large datasets to extract meaningful insights and effectively communicate these findings to clients in a clear and straightforward manner.

An ideal candidate will possess a background in consulting or analytics, exhibit strong listening skills, and have a proven history of delivering results in dynamic and complex client-service environments. Experience working directly with IPAs or provider networks on performance initiatives is advantageous. You are recognized for your empathetic leadership, collaborative influence, and ability to coach engaged teams towards achieving measurable outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The Associate for Provider Performance Management job description outlines primary responsibilities but is not exhaustive.

Act as the main point of contact for daily interactions between NeueHealth and designated Affiliate Providers

Coordinate and implement reporting and analytics as per the annual performance roadmap with cross-functional teams (Risk, Clinical, etc.) and manage partner release, education, and troubleshooting

Prepare quarterly executive steering committee / JOC analytics, insights, and presentation materials for clients and ACO board meetings; assist with clinical meeting analytics

Collaborate with the analytics team to establish consistent reporting and execute ad hoc analytics and performance improvement requests

Organize webinars, information sessions, and other partner-facing performance education, including logistics and materials

Facilitate and coordinate touchpoints between APs and NeueHealth

Assist in developing a performance framework and roadmap for new partners and business lines

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, analytics, or strategy

Familiarity with value-based care reimbursement principles, reporting, and analytics.

Experience working directly with providers and clinics in delegated service models is preferred.

Expertise in interpreting and reporting healthcare financial performance data
