About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Performance Manager to join our team at RPM Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving performance improvements across our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of a portfolio of properties, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Partner with our training team to design and deliver coaching programs to enhance associate and manager performance.
  • Utilize business intelligence data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement performance plans for our portfolio.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enablement managers to support their teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a multifamily property leadership role, with a focus on performance improvement and coaching.
  • Experience working in affordable housing is a plus.
