Job Description

KPM Association Management is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team. As a Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homeowners and/or condominium associations, building relationships with your boards of directors, and providing them with trusted guidance.

This is a full-time position starting at $45,000 to $65,000 depending on industry experience. Compensation package includes a base salary and bonus opportunities. Employer provides paid time off and professional development assistance. Medical plans are available, as well as, 401(k), vehicle and phone stipends.

We strive to provide homeowner association communities with highly competent, trained, and professional individuals to navigate the complexity of homeowner association management.

We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of homeowners and/or condominium associations
  • Build relationships with boards of directors and provide trusted guidance
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local law
  • Work with boards to establish operational guidelines and standard procedures
  • Consult with internal departments and boards to ensure production of accurate and timely financial statements
  • Proactively plan and budget for upcoming projects and expenses for the communities
  • Provide high-level customer service to association owners
  • Support hiring and scheduling of contractors to maintain Association standards
  • Communicate effectively with owners to resolve issues that involve the association
  • Resale coordination for communities using 3rd party software
  • Working extensively with Vantaca software

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership
  • Proven proficiency in learning new technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to create and maintain a proper working budget
  • Superior organizational skills and an ability to prioritize
  • Project management
  • Minimum of 1-2 years HOA Management experience

  • Familiar with Vantaca Software, Strongroom, or Condo Certs
  • Condominium Management experience
  • Conflict de-escalation and resolution experience
  • Knowledge of proper meeting order
  • Proven capability to review and analyze financial reports
  • Familiar with architectural request process
  • Industry designations: CMCA, AMS
