Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the seamless operation of high-tech automated machinery while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of finished goods.
  • Manage troubleshooting and maintenance of various filling and packaging equipment, focusing on electromechanical components.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical systems and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Analyze downtime and operational efficiency data to implement effective improvements.
  • Maintain productive relationships within the production team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure all equipment is validated and operational, directly impacting product quality.
  • Lead efforts in maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in both electrical and mechanical trades is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with direct supervisory experience preferred.
  • Possession of a journeyman's card or electrical certification is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Technical expertise in high-speed mixing and packaging systems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with familiarity in lean manufacturing principles.
