The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team of mission-driven individuals. As a key player in our sales process, you'll educate potential customers about our hearing solutions, helping them live more connected and empowered lives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional consultative phone sales experiences to inbound leads
  • Effectively communicate our unique offering and mission to prospective customers
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and conversion methods
  • Manage customer pipelines and the entire sales process through closing the sale
  • Become an expert on our product, customer experience, and internal sales process
  • Use analytics to improve your - and the team's - performance
  • Provide feedback to other departments, such as Operations and Marketing
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales closing/development (preferably in a DtC/B2C environment)
  • Ability to genuinely listen and connect with all types of people
  • Adaptable to sell to different types of customers
  • Experience selling direct to consumer preferred
  • Competitive go-getter who's committed to continuously raising the game/standards
  • Hard-working individual that can go the extra mile to deliver on sales targets
  • Mission-driven team player that can spearhead, as well as cover other's backs
  • Organized and able to manage your work and time effectively
What We Offer
  • Salary Range: $55-65K + uncapped commission
