Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, mature Bilingual professional to join our team at Revolution USA. As a Medical Administrative Support professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage authorizations and referrals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather case histories prior to appointments.
  • Update and maintain patient health records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist patients with initial paperwork, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Process insurance claims in compliance with law requirements, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Utilize medical software to support all transactions, ensuring efficient and secure data management.
  • Manage receivable and payable accounts, maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Provide quality customer service, addressing patient queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with doctors and nurses to facilitate medical examinations, schedule tests, and order supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with medical and insurance legislation, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • Alternate between offices and departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Train team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Seasoned written and spoken Spanish and English communication.
  • Proven work experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant.
  • Hands-on experience with medical software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and medical legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented communication skills.
  • High school diploma; certification in medical administration is a plus.
