Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the Aimbridge Hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and supporting the Front Desk Manager and General Manager. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Desk Manager and General Manager in managing the front desk operations
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
- Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
