Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the Aimbridge Hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and supporting the Front Desk Manager and General Manager. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and General Manager in managing the front desk operations
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
