Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Hyatt Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operation, staff training, and inter-departmental communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operation, including staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest service, respond to guest requests and complaints, and take corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Staff Management: Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the front office budget, labor cost plans, and objectives, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate guest room inventory and ensure efficient room allocation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience, preferably with Hyatt.
  • Education: Hotel/Hospitality degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Qualities: High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and ability to improve the bottom line.
