Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Strategy Planning Lead to join our Data & Analytics organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value through strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Implement Best Practices: Develop and socialize best practices in business impact estimation across the portfolio of projects.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and corporate finance to ensure that each initiative has a clear and measurable business case.
  • Track and Manage Program Costs: Monitor and report on program costs to ensure alignment with budgetary commitments.
  • Establish Reporting Mechanisms: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track and convey business impact.
  • Assist with Resource Allocation: Support the Data & Analytics PMO in establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
  • Continuously Evaluate and Enhance Operational Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In a role supporting planning, budgets, communications, and operational needs within IT teams, with a strong preference for experience in Data and Analytics environments.
  • Strong Analytical Capabilities: Proven track record of dissecting complex data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience with Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with agile, scrum, or lean methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Particularly Excel, and familiarity with cloud-based project management software systems.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Professional Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile.
