Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at LAPP Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales of one of our key strategic initiatives portfolios in the America's region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and support to sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful work experience in sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of the wire and cable industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $150,000
